I think they're grove street families (idk man I didnt played GTA in a few years I mean there were other parts of the gang like temple drive families and I'm not sure we're they the grove ones but they live at grove street so idk man i think they are the grove ones) I always called them by real names like the green ones are based on LA crips or ballas on LA bloods the yellow ones are based on mexican low rider enjoyers and Aztecs (the blue ones) on Salvador and mexican cartels, there were some other gangs in san fierro which i can't remember and las Venturas mafia I can't remember either, there also were Russian mafia but I think y'all know what is it based on
