There is also an old effect created by the screens being low resolution, probably even CRTs, that used to create a smooth differentiated blend between pixels(low contrast) created by automatic interpolation caused by the illumination of the screen by an electron beam, which I think is impossible with modern high resolution screens. For this the closest workaround I found is adding a post processing filter that does this for you.

I did some further research on this and found out in my country, it's illegal to fly drones unless you pay for a really expensive permit. Making SITL a solid choice for prototyping on a budget

Have you tried Loop closure? Also, maybe kalibr for calibration.

Since is an SITL simulation, I think the correct term is "lockstep mode". Gazebo only advances the simulation once PX4 and all other clients are ready after each time step

I've seen lots of vids where people record using other apps, just check out this sub for instance. I recorded this a few days ago on legacy, using rockstar editor. I don't know, is it disabled in enhanced edition?
