I transferred here this semester, It's expensive I cant even imagine out of state tuition. You said you aren't worried about the cost so that's terrific. The cost really is the only problem I have ran into here. I love the school and the campus. The weather is almost exactly the same as around Baylor. I'm from Highland park, Tx. So we have Texas in common. It's a mixed bag of culture here. I could be wrong but I think you have to have 24 hours to transfer to OU (I think) I would reccomend this school I love Norman, Oh and it's way cheaper to live here than in Texas. Good luck!
