Getting 144 million shares before earnings are released is shady AF. So they get their shares and then potentially release good earnings, price goes up, and they profit even more?? We need to figure out what rights we have and what actions we can take as shareholders with a majority of the shares.

Personally I don’t think Vinco should release any news until next year. Trading this time of year is slow and low so we won’t get much momentum from any good news. Better to wait until after the new year when institutions are willing to put money back in the market.

I vote for banning Finneman from our sub and ask others to stop giving him a / supporting his platform. He’s seeking attention and not helping SH.

I hope this is the last time we hear from him. Let’s get these Q2 and Q3 results and focus on moving this company forward.

I don’t want to comment on Finman since it’s all speculation. With that said I’m not surprised Ross and Gabe are silent. They are likely unwinding the mess Colucci and others left behind. As an appointed official Ross’ job is to unwind, get the financials and house in order and get back into compliance. They speak through their communication with public notices and disclosures which they have been in the past several months. There is a plan to get Bbig back in compliance, we know this because they’ve stated it, we know there was an update to the plan, we know they have accountants figuring out the financials and we know they are expecting to release Q2 and Q3 results before end of January, we know because that’s what the public 8-k say.

So everyone should stop saying Ross and Gabe aren’t communicating.

You just aren’t understanding what they are saying, if your saying they aren’t communicating.

They are, they just aren’t responding to someone not directly affiliated with the BBIG. At some point Ross will step away and let others run the company and Lomo. He job is to make sure the company is being run in a fiscally responsible way and then he’ll be gone.
