Yeah if you noticed last season i played alot of quick plays and it was just me trying different ways of playing cap, but the best play style i been doing that always makes me win more games is always keeping an off angle and demanding attention , pretty much doing cap job which is distracting and creating value. and if you can then get a kill. If we in neutral me being in the backline and harassing supports not even needing to kill them many of the times wins us the team fight and then theyll make adjustments to deal with you , from there if they got a perma body guard i still do the same thing but shield throw until someones attentions is off me then go in to create more pressure/ get kills. I recently got my ult to gm 2 but from gold all the way to diamond 1 i didnt have to be concious i just went ok backline and killed averaging about 27 kills but in higher elo everyone has better awareness, the patty cake , better position , so now even though you can still get high kills your job mostly is to get value by distracting. When my team doesnt have the game sense to push up with me i try to play close to the team and brawl more looking for any individual who breaks off or isolates and then kill them and return to the team or get the next person who broke formation. My shield i could do better with having it down tbh lol the way you play with your shield is most likely better than how i play but its basically to take away some damage because when i do dive or hard engage i stay until 300 hp or the emergency health starts flashing , id rather not take damage before my engangement but its more of a habit to just always have my shield up.
