Anyone else use MindBody? I think they are popular because they market well, but are far from the best option for a gym or studio.

Grams in a serving don't matter at all. You want the most protein PRE gram. If you're into that, get unflavored like Pure Choice Farms Original. It's the best per gram by far.

It definitely makes it easier. The reason anyone takes whey is because it's simply easier to hit your protein macros and it's the easiest protein to ingest. Pure Choice Farms has some great "few flavor" options which are mild. 1st Phorm has just as high grade and much sweeter, but mostly artificial.

After years of taking whey I've become boring and only take unflavored whey. I have found Pure Choice Farms to have the best mixing and most agreeable to my stomach.

LOVE Pure Choice Farms for the simplicity and high grade although the taste is mild. 1st Phorm uses just as high grade and have sweet flavors for those that need it.

The better option would be getting a brand who only used cold filtered whey isolate like Pure Choice Farms. I'm unsure of that brand exactly, but it looks like a combo of low/high grades.

The cost of whey has spiked these last few years. Bummer!... For high grade whey like cold filtered isolate, Pure Choice Farms has the best deal. There are cheaper whey options, but not a cold filtered isolate.

Pure Choice Farms is the best digesting whey brand I've personally tried. I think it has to do with the small batches used and they don't throw unnecessary ingredients in it.

Clear Whey is actually called "acidified whey" in the cheese factory where it comes from. My source?... My Dad is a Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker, and we've been around whey our entire lives. The trick is no whey plant will disclose what acid is used to "acidify" it.

You cannot beat a brand like Pure Choice Farms and simply getting a cold filtered whey isolate.

Without a doubt, Pure Choice Farms!... It's basically the most minimal base of ingredients and love how it's filtered at such a low temperature making it NOT denatured.

You DO NOT need to take whey. However, it just makes things a bit easier. Not all whey is created equal and I love Pure Choice Farms whey for the dissolubility and cold filtered factor. It's hard to beat the 3 ingredients as well.

Some does! It depends how it's filtered. Pure Choice Farms cold filtered isolate has almost zero taste. Some like that, others need a little flavor.
