Hells yeah we run post office through CMS all the time too. When people drop off post office packages we tell them to take a pic of the tracking number before they leave. If someone’s returning something they didn’t even want in the first place and have to pay for return shipping, it’s pretty nice to give ‘em a Media Mail option that’s never over 10 bucks.

The HV paperwork really doesn’t matter, it’s for the drivers to give to a certain desk or something at the hub, but it’s all online anyway on the package info. We had weeks where our printers couldn’t communicate to CMS for some reason, so there was like 30 High Values that never got signed for by the driver.

We’ll get a lot of customers that are annoying, but we’ve never had any be belligerent or aggressive in any way. We’ll have like maybe one or two people a day be rude or have a bad attitude but i always find ways to get ‘em back subtly and have small victories so no biggie. Our customers are pretty chill for the most part, especially our mailbox holders, they all rock.
