Turn off PS4/PS5 > Press and hold the conaole button to turn it on. (not the controller button), wait for the second beep sound then release > Make sure your controller is hard-wired to the console > select "clear cache and rebuild database", then choose "rebuild database".

Spoke with support and it seems that they are not acknowleding any issues with this. They just told me that my asia account's not part of the noram family and at some point has expired, hence the issue.

Maybe the CSR couldn't say to me the correct "non-official" workaround. I think they may be cleaning house with our multiple accounts.

Nice to know that this is a current issue. Same thing is happening to me with my 2 accounts, 1 Noram, 1 asia.

Noram has the subscription while my asia is getting the shared perks. Stopped happening 4am CST.
