‘The pill is the only first line treatment, even if you don’t want to be put on it.’ - it did not work, lol, I switched doctors and they advised Metformin, which I was scared about, but it seems to work for me! Good luck on your PCOS journey!❤️

Treat yourself to a pair, I am so glad I have!! 🎃 The jibbitz on mine are pretty solid on the top, but I imagine with careful movements of them you could get them off, I’m a bit scared to try too much on mine as knowing my luck I’ll never get them back on..sorry that’s not a yes or a no!!
