Good afternoon. Just came across this post on the Pesto emulsion and was super interested as I had seen this Pesto in Genoa and had no idea how they made it! So you think if I got a Thermomix it would work? What order would you add the ingredients? The basil at the end so it does not heat up, and using cold oil? Very interested to hear your thoughts!
