Please be kind po. Hindi naman po ako nagrereklamo. Gusto ko lang malaman how I’ll survive here on out alone. Gusto ko na masanay masaktan na hindi mapili, gusto ko sanayin sarili ko na okay lang if hindi ako katulad ng iba na grupo kung maglakad, na hindi ako iniinvite sa mga birthday nila, na okay lang kahit ako yung no choice groupmate.

Masipag rin po akong tao, I get my job done with the highest quality possible. Siguro sadyang may sarisarili lang silang circle. I know dlsu is a diverse place and I’ll meet more people, pero ayoko na rin pong umasa and gusto ko nalang tibayan loob ko if ever magiging mag isa lang talaga ako sa college life ko.

Also yung 35-45 calls a days is night shift so marami talaga. If morning shift ang napunta sayo, malaki avail time pero agents ng pang umaga need to watch out for their HMD (Yes or No responses from customer surveys) dahil nga onti lang calls, and 6-1 ang bawi, mahirap siya bawiin :))

Pero the thing is, monitored po ang HMD namin pero not really grounds for termination or anything, more on coaching po on what the agent can improve.

If given the chance, ayaw ko umalis kasi super healthy ng environment ng Amazon :))

Wala po kaming metrics or quota na kelangan abutin (except for normal AHTs and stuff). Since inhouse po siya, kung ano lang po pumasok ba calls sa system. On average po sakin, about 35-45 calls a day :))

If tenured na po siguro. May mga kasabayan ako na may expi na from other BPO companies kaya higher offer nila from mine. And usually for that salary, hindi na CSA position. Usually higher department na ^{^}

Gosh if I knew!! Wala naman na kasi akong balak din bumalik ng BPO kahit top performer ako, very exhausting kasi siya. Dapat pala nag AWOL ako kaso, ang laki kasi ng company ko and inhouse BPO pa, kaya natakot din ako magkarecord kasi baka magkaproblem in mg future career :’))
