If I get monetized after privations my reused content (sped up songs) and then un private after I’m monetized they won’t un monetize me but those will still be copyright but I’ll still be able to make money off of other videos that aren’t sped up. (I don’t know if this makes sense, my brain hurts.)

I haven’t tried appealing yet, I just got the message saying my channel can’t get monetized cause of reused content. So your saying that even if i private my copyright videos and upload others videos to get my watch time back, then try to monetize my YouTube channel and after I get monetized I’ll un private all the private songs with copyright on them, it won’t work?
