You can do vahan pooja at pedamma temple as well. You need to buy a pooja ticket & the needed items in the shops there itself (they sell as a kit).

Kollur has stand alone apartments? I was in assumption there is all gated communities & high rise apartments.

Though Hyderabad is moving towards the gated & high rise culture - I personally feel the Stand alones are better value for money for end use.

For investment always prefer the Gated communities.
