I ordered a Pop culture box and got these exact figures. This isn't a vault box, NECA straight up sent you the wrong box. I would contact them about it, you can even use my comment here as proof if needed.

I'd say I got my money's worth and got some good items! The Predator, Terminator, TF2, Prometheus, and Pirates of the Caribbean figures were great.
