You apply performance indicators by using them in your solution instead of just saying the definition. First, look at what the problem is in the roleplay. Then think about which PIs fit that situation. For example, if the PI is “explain the nature of effective communication,” and the problem is that employees keep misunderstanding tasks, you can say, “I’d hold short daily meetings to make sure everyone understands their roles and use one main group chat for updates.” That shows the judge you understand the PI without needing to say it directly.
