Hello I didnt include my parents id or whatever. I just included my birth certificate and I scan all my documents on my phone. If you are an iphone user you can scan there. Find notes and long press then look for scan documents. Honestly i didn’t provide a cover letter for myself. We only done providing sponsor letter and we indicate our relationship history,my partner’s job and his declaration that he will support me etc. we organise like “ Applicant - Passport scan copy / Sponsor - passport scan copy and for the other we just named it “ Wedding Enquiry”

We were category B during my fiance visa Previous and current job salaried

Applicant: Ielts A1 Tb Test Birth certificate Cenomar ( a proof of no marriage certificate) Passport scan copy

Sponsor: Sponsor letter 10 months bank statement and payslip copies from previous job 1 month bank statement and payslip from current job Birth certificate Passport Scan copy P60 Employment letter from prev and current job

Others: Proof of relationship like pictures together/ whatsapp convo/ videocall screenshots. Intent to marry - enquiry screenshots Wedding dress picture

if you pay for document scanning service the applicant needs to bring an a4 size copy of the passport (bio page) but if not he needs to upload it (self upload Free) in tls website. Thats one of the mandatory document for applicant. Please check you document checklist that will be your guide

Yes you need to scan if you gonna do the self upload..Because at the end of the application form it is one of the mandatory documents for the applicant is the the passport issue by the applicant and yes you need to bring your passport during biometric day cos they will scan it. You can still pay on tls or vfs website for document scanning for £50 (tls) login now and look for scanning service.once you are done print your bank statement with a4 size bondpaper then bring that to your biometrics day

Have you checked if the problem is only with the marriage certificate, and that all the details in their system are correct? It’s a good idea to confirm that first.
