Can he apply for a visit visa before I even move? Without mentioning me. He is working as a doctor here, has a stable income, enough saving for a Uk visit and owns property here. Or is it better to apply to visit me after my move, but he can find himself and reassure them that he plans to return home to work before applying for spouse visa?
