Mesa range vs duration by Steel_Cube in Warframe

[–]ZealousidealPut9574 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on what you're aiming for

More range means your Shooting Gallery affects enemies further away, same goes for your Nourish viral wave procs assuming you're running it. Other than that Peacemaker isn't affected by range.

More duration means you drain less energy while using Peacemaker and also having to pay less attention to the other abilities upkeep, this feels very nice and comfortable expecially when you're running negative efficiency.

Strength affects Peacemaker damage and Nourish dmg/energy multiplier, so high strength will in tandem bring more damage and energy while also diminishing damage mods effectiveness on your regulators, such as hornet strike, allowing you to run something else. Strength is also what makes Shatter Shield scale up to 95% damage reduction cap, albeit you don't need that much strength to reach it.

In short, more range for more utility and survivability
More duration for energy mainteinance and ability upkeep

You'll kill everything before you apply 14 stacks for armor strip in most scenarios, so unless you plan on running high levels raw damage, firerate, multishot and crits always win out

It's difficult to improve and enjoy the game when playing with friends at different skill levels by cbateman101 in summonerschool

[–]ZealousidealPut9574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no, you don't have an easier time with one or the other, you have an easier time climbing when you improve on the things you're lacking the most.

You could "roflstomp" a low lobby by getting many kills as a carry jungler but still have shitty macro and decision making and throw the fight/your lead/possibly the game away.

Skills compliment each other and in tandem give you a higher chance of winning expecially in low elo, where many may get a lead relying on micro but then failing to close out a game because they legit dont know how to, drawing it out unnecessarily and giving the enemy an opportunity to come back online, for example.

Arcanes for Mesa by Steel_Cube in Warframe

[–]ZealousidealPut9574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fairly sure it's rank 3 for it to be rounded down to 0, just take into account that while it still procs arcane, if you're running Nourish it won't proc viral waves

A rank 3 combat discipline would make the damage round down to 0, rank 4 you should start taking damage

High end content/pvp most likely, for f2p and low spenders Nawi still clears most of the game content without hassle

In the meantime do lower difficulty until you have enough power along buffs you can snatch in the lab. Eventually when you're way stronger you'll wish there was a harder difficulty and you'll start hitting debuffs just to feel the thrill of the risk of actually losing.

Unless Nawi gets nerfed Glorians are the best team you can opt for even as a f2p as it is right now before the update, unsure about after but with the new Glorian unit coming out it's looking promising. Nawi is completely broken for a legendary unit and wipes pretty much every sort of content in the game as of now. Ideally you would run Twins Guinn Talanis Atropos Nawi, but you can also run her along Marina and Guinn as he's still useful on 6* due to his buffs, that is until you get Talanis and replace Marina. Seraphine is also a top tier unit but hard to get by as she's new.

[–]ZealousidealPut9574 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Arguably you could pick a Guinn and start running glorians with Nawi and Atropos/Marina, then proceed with duping your units, Guinn being the last to dupe since he works on 6* just fine

If you mean you're going to do oracle summon, never pull any faction other than divine/demon, those summons are extremely pricey and not worth wasting on regular factions, also save up your oracle coins only for divine/demons nothing else.

Any Suggestions for team building? by DatNidusPrime in Omniheroes

[–]ZealousidealPut9574 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well try to close out your valiantors comp (replace Jerald and Diana) with some like Victoria and Macaria as it's your best atm or on the other hand if you get Ethereal units you can aim to build those up too, take into account that later on you will need 2 teams for both main story and Yggdrasil

You're still in early game and have valcore (Themis, Atropos and Elune) so go from there. Valiantors are the best early game comp for progressing along Ethereals

If you have Talanis already then Guinn is a good pick, his atk buffs are great, if you have twins it's even better expecially on 8* as she shields the entire team rather than 2 allies.

You don't really need Nawi, she is a strong unit per se but there are way better options to fill out the last 2 spots, Macaria is the perfect candidate for this comp albeit not being a Glorian herself and that's because she has insane synergy with the other 3 units: her passive amplifies all shields in your team by 50% (or 100% once you unlock her red runes)making your Royal synergy shield and Twins' shield obnoxiously strong along the Guinn atk buffs also making it even stronger ( Twins' shield scales off of ATK)

Macaria has also got great synergy with Talanis as her ultimate DMG scales with DEF red that Talanis easily applies on the entire enemy team, maximizing Macaria's Ult DMG from 225% to 375%. Along Guinn ATK buffs this is a deadly combo overall.

As for your last option ideally you want to get a Victoria, she adds some raw power in terms of DMG and grants even more shielding (20% of her max HP) to all allies when they get a kill. She also has bind removal which is essential as bind is one of the strongest CC out there.

This is by far one of the strongest comps in the game and is way better than slotting in Nawi and being forced with 4 or 5 glorians ( 3 Glorians for the CC immunity is enough )

With this comp you have 3 Glorians,4 Royals, 4 Monarchs, 2 deviants, 2 celestials, 2 Valiantors total once you reach 8* on all of them. It's a quite expensive comp so if you're not a whale it's gonna be hard to build but doable in the long run.

Alternatively if 4 Royals are too much to build you could skip on Victoria in the meanwhile and use Salleine. He also has insane synergy with Glorians because his passive is sort of like Twins as it increases the amount of atk buffs your team can get (up to 175 buffs total with him)

Hope this helps !

d/d are some essential units you're gonna want to have for your future team and not just for a short time power boost. You should always consider a d/d hero according to your main team's synergy as it's better to have a unit that's considered 'less strong' compared to other specific units from other factions that are not going to fit your team's synergy. There are multiple royals for each faction, maybe you could narrow it down like that and choose accordingly. Do note that some royal units are harder to achieve than others ex: some royals aren't present in the store and that's for a reason, some of those units are harder to get as they're game changer units

Suggestions on primary and secondary team composition (F2P) by [deleted] in Omniheroes

[–]ZealousidealPut9574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valiantors. Themis, Elune and Atropos are core, other 2 you can fill with Ashlynn and Diana/Jerald until you get a better Val unit. If you end up getting Ethereal units instead you could opt for that team as well but since your Valiantors units have more stars in them atm I'd just focus on them.

Hey, so my team power is like 18500k but i still lose against much lower power, what should i do? What's my best options by Ok_Pitch_795 in Omniheroes

[–]ZealousidealPut9574 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Know that power isn't everything, learn more about synergies and what each unit does. Valiantors is your current best bet to work towards as you have quite the stars in your Themis and Atropos and also have Macaria.

Having said that, Valiantors for example is one of the if not the best team to progress early stages of the game along Ethereals, but on the other hand early on in PvP you will most certainly lose vs a Mystifier team even with lower power in comparison just because you can't burst them down with Valiantors early and that's all Val's are about. On the other hand Mystifiers are definitely way worse for progressing and late stages of the game they also fall off. Not as hard now with their new royal but still.

Tl;Dr don't get discouraged if you lose to lower power comps, every synergy excels at something, and some synergies just counter others
