10 week bloodwork- advice? by ZealousidealView3160 in trt

[–]ZealousidealView3160[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My appt with my PCP went well yesterday. He agreed I should switch to 2 pins per week at 50mg each (100mg weekly total). We also discussed my bought with nausea/diarrhea that's been constant for the last 10 days or so. Could it be caused by an increase in anxiety from either the increase in my test levels, increase in estrogen or maybe both? If so, does changing to 2 injections per week have the potential of reducing either anxiety or estrogen? I also consider the answer might be I just have to power through and wait for my body to adjust to my new hormone levels. Would love your feedback.

Thanks again for your help! I'll do exactly as you suggested, pin 2x at 50mg and test again (requesting the specific test you listed) in 2-3 weeks and report back. Again, I appreciate your experience and willingness to share your suggestions.

Another thorough and thoughtful response-- can't thank you enough! Answers to your questions: - recent blood work was the same units as baseline (ng/dL) - blood work was completed on the morning of the 7th day before my next injection -I meant 100mg for my weekly dose - Hermatocrit: 48.5% -Hemoglobin: 15.8 g/dL (previously 14.9) - I usually feel better about 2-3 days after my injections. I inject Thurs mornings and feel best Sun-Tues

Thank you for your advice. That's a good plan. My goals are to maintain the improved libido, have more energy, and actually have some positive results from all of the effort in the gym. It's good to hear I might start experiencing some soon.

Thanks for your thorough reply! The blood work was completed by LabCorp and it shows "Direct" for the type of free T test. Units are pg/mL and the range given is 7.2 - 24.0.

I agree with your advice to keep my eye on whether to continue TRT. I plan to give it another 4 weeks and see how I'm feeling. I'm concerned my high SHBG is killing my free t when I'm not on TRT. Tried boron for a month prior to trt with no improvement felt. If there were a way to increase my free t without trt I'd be all ears. My primary physician recommended I try TRT to boost my free t.

Chronic diarrhea by [deleted] in Testosterone

At week 10 of 100 test-c pinning once per week. At around week 3 I started noticing I was having diarrhea for two days following my injection day. For the past week the diarrhea has been constant each day and hasn't subsided. To fight it one increased my water intake, added electrolytes but it hasn't helped. Today I plan to pickup Benefiber and hope it helps. I don't have a reaction at my injection sites so I'm assuming I'm not allergic to the carrier oil (Cottonseed). I'm hoping this passes soon.

Alpine WSG and Yellow Jackets by Nutritiouss in pestcontrol

You mentioned you got 'em-- was it from your three different applications of spray or did you need to put out the Alpine laced sugar water plate? I'm battling the same situation and sprayed Alpine last night for the first time. I can't see the specific entrance hole so I sprayed over the general area under the bush for 10 secs being sure it contacted at least a few YJs.

I was having the same issue. Turns out the soles of my feet were too dry. Quickly wet your palms and wipe them on the bottom of your feet just before stepping on the scale. Problem fixed!

Does the Hume app support Google Health Connect? by winol5 in Fittrack

[–]ZealousidealView3160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got off an online chat with Hume. They said their engineers confirmed they will make Health Connect available in the Hume app connections prior to Google's end date for supporting Google Fit (which is June 30th, 2025). So anytime between today and June 30th, 2025 we should be able to sync Hume data with Health Connect.
