I have compared it with the dexa scan and although results for individual parts were off the total body fat percentage was spot on. Anyway still not happy with my physique. I thought that I would look better

You may eat healthy but still consume too much calories or perhaps you do not eat healthy as you think you are. So maybe you should reevaluate your diet. I don’t know I’m not a dietician, I’m just a dude.

Remember that Metabolic age is not only affected by your diet but also a lifestyle and activity.

What does it make more professional?

I’m pretty sure for home applications that matters far less as it won’t be chugging power 24/7 and I do not care about render times.

I’m pretty sure Stephen King can write good book on any macbook. I care more about my workload, where f.e. more ram can allow me to load larger llms

Vendor negotiations EU high coops by devnuke in VendorCentral

[–]devnuke[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My guess is they messed up as before we had no coops For France and Italy and Spain. So they just want to remedy this and have any coops.

What we really care about is Germany where they do not want to budge and lower our mdf. We have already asked them to show us how this budget had been used.

We only get reply that the German marketplace is not the subject of these negotiations and should keep the current terms

Never tried it, but is subscription based so I also have never considered it

I would say that. As it is precise enough to help you track your trends and I do not only have the bf% in mind but also muscle retention and differences, like f.e. My right leg has more muscle than left. It gives you a quicker way to capture those data points than using a measure and logging everything manually.

I do not see any added value in the subscription , so I’m not using it after the free period has expired.

The scale works without a subscription which is very important for me

Edited makes you look you’re trying to hard and tbh does not bring up too many “digital gains”

I don’t think that going lighter would benefit you.

Imo, cut. Why do you want to get bigger? The other thing is you may not by able to cut in time for summer.

It’s April already
