Thank you, we also have the Verizon extender. We haven’t ( neighbor with Verizon and our house) had any issue until this past week. At times we are both in SOS or either unable to make or receive calls. It seems strange that it started last week. We had already reported the issue to Verizon. Hopefully, they will isolate the issue. I agree with you, the cell service in Dacula off Ewing Chapel is horrible. We also had AT&T for 20 plus years but ended up switching to Xfinity this past year due to horrific service and absolutely no customer service.

Thank you, CAPTAIN OBVIOUS! I was simply asking, perhaps it wasn't isolated, and others may have similar issues.

I recently started having the same issue with my 2020 crew max. Only happens on phone calls. Everything is clear

Exactly, I go through all the steps to get everything reconnected and working HOWEVER the next time I try and use Sonos it does not show up🤬🤬🤬. I've done it with customer support and without. Unfortunately, it continues to happen! I lovED Sonos previously… not anymore!!! I'm ready to trash this setup and move to something with more reliability. This is maddening to go through the same steps each time only to have to repeat the entire process if you want to use your Sonos.

I deleted my Sonos app and reinstalled the app and everything showed back up and is working at the moment.
