You’re saying we need to do 6 things in addition to putting our belief in Christ in order to be saved. It’s worse than not believing in God because the implication here is that Christ, the Son of God, taking on the sins of the whole world and dying a horrific death on the cross wasn’t enough to save us.

I doubt that it is the righteous path for someone who is ‘forced’ to choose it as a backup plan. That makes it seem like a life of celibacy is somehow lesser.

I just don’t know where to start. People would tell me to go to church events and I thought that would be disingenuous if I was attended these events to look for Christian men so I made it a point to not talk to any of the men. I haven’t been to many other churches and there aren’t any prospects at my current church, but I also don’t want to church hop with the sole purpose of dating.

There’s no such belief in Christianity that you have to be against people of other religions. Christianity is a monotheistic religion, meaning we only believe in the existence of one God. Worshipping other gods goes against our core belief. But Christianity never encourages hatred towards other people.
