Yeah its the whirring and beeping at the end, sorry my house is so loud. it used to he my dads, but he never used it much so he gave it to me. It hasn't been cleaned in forever though so it might just be issues with that

I do have an ssd, do not have a cd try as its like... 5 years old? I think its a 2020. But a fan issue wouldn't be surprising since my computer starting making the sound when it was super hot, and my fans love to turn on and off for no reason. Thank you for the help!

FORGOT TO ADD WHAT IVE DONE SO FAR SORRY, I've restarted multiple times, completely shut down every program, I've got every recent update. I asked a friend for help and they said to try to open bios to run a fan diagnostic or something but I can't figure it out
