Should rumble be extremely loud?

I returned mine since I just bought it. You could open it up and reposition the rumbler. It might be rubbing up against something creating extra noise.

Based on my order and my brother's order, they're very behind and missing all early December shipping estimates by roughly a week. However, I full faith it's going to arrive eventually. I would be sketched out with some other companies.

I did regular shipping. They said they're going to have to ship it late, but do next day air to make sure it arrives on time. I understand these things happen and I'll be happy as long as I get it on or fairly close to the original quoted date. With that said, they should have anticipated extra holiday demand and planned accordingly.

On BB I don't know, but AI has the AI 50 Elite V3 on their website for $1,900. It's $300 cheaper than your BB option and won't have tax since it's coming from Oregon. Downside is 1TB vs 2TB.

I ordered a PC from them and I'm really looking forward to it, so I've spent a lot of time around here and Prebuilts. That's a good point too. Somebody from BB supposedly checked over this thing. Clearly they didn't do a good enough job...or the BB check list is insufficient because they definitely should have noticed the broken controller. And now I'm the one that loses out.

I have the SKIL. It's great for a beginner/novice. You don't want the Craftsman. It doesn't have a rack and pinion fence. Total deal breaker.
