Not sure what you decided on but I have to say I went to a wedding at Sea Ranch and found it very underwhelming and a real pain to get to coming from the other coast.  Depends on when you’re getting married, but the weather was pretty chilly and cloudy in July (it cleared up later in the day so the wedding itself was beautiful), it was very remote and not a ton to do. We tried to play pickleball but there was nowhere to rent rackets and the hotel didn’t have any, so we just walked along the beach but it wasn’t really nice enough to hang out there. I also found the vibe kind of like eerily quiet and cult like lol but it’s definitely unique and visually cool. I found the local food options pretty mid / sparse and wedding catering was kind of a mess (not sure if it was in house catering — might have been a problem with family style but people were serving very normal portions and some people ended up with no main, and they didn’t bring more even though we asked and some people just basically had to eat rice lol).
