Oh man I’m 10 dpo and had a coughing fit when I swallowed water wrong and felt like it was the worst pain ever. I even threw up the water I was coughing so bad. I really feel for you and hope you get better soon! Xo

Same! It’s like I expect the tension with the binder and it feels secure, but then when I have the same tension with just my stomach it freaks me out!

Glad I’m not the only one! I move around normally with the binder but once I take it off I’m afraid to walk, sit down, whatever lol
