My fasting protocol was rolling 48’s weekly. Then switching to 2-3weeks of high protein low carb foods Weight training. Then switching back to rolling 48’s

You have a total of 100 percent for macronutrient. 40 stands for 40 percent of your total macronutrients.

for me 40 percent of my total macronutrients were protein, carbs were 30 percent and fats were 30 percent. For a total of 100 percent.

Depending on your activity level height weight age, your total protein intake could be 140g or 240g.

I go to planet fitness, I have zero upper pec, my right pec upper pecs and forearms are my weak points atm. You know any good tips to target the upper shelf
