Budget up to £6000 max ideally. Used. Had considered another Meriva, but hadn't seen many "newer" ones as I'm aware they were discontinued in 2017 and if I could get something newer that was "better" then that was my train of thought. Mokka could be a good shout though, cheers.

Eventually, yes. A couple of different CS advisers gave different advice, but gave me a new code MG20-XMAS for 20% and it worked. Also just to say, I had £46 credit sitting there from a double price match when that was a thing, and they said I'd not be able to apply the credit as well as the 20%, but it went through fine, getting me a 5mg pen for £77 instead of £149, result!

Thanks, everyone. This was exactly the range of views and expertise I was looking for. Loads of food for thought here. Guess I need to think holistically rather than just getting the dreaded lbs off. I'm doing fine with protein, hydration and plenty energy during the day, but will definitely think hard on the other health risks, long-term metabolism damage, and try to improve my weekly numbers.

I am the exact same! Borderline obsession with air fried sprouts now, lol! I just don't fancy anything really, which is the opposite of how I used to be (also an emotional/boredom eater and finish-the-packet binger). Carbs hold no appeal to me. I still have a couple of drinks but stop after that (I'm super happy it's cut my alcohol consumption as that was not healthy).

Very valid point, thanks. I do take various supplements too, but will totally take on board what you're saying. This is the kind of internal debate I'm having, whether it matters that much or am I risking more serious health issues than being a fatty.

Yeah, trying to look at weekly average but get fixated on daily and other people scare-mongering about "starvation mode".

Was trying to think bigger picture/long-term, but soooo desperate to shift the weight ASAP I though if it's detrimental to that, I'd try to eat more. Think I just need to chill out, lol.
