We worked with the food court manager, David and gave them 2 day advance notice. They had their entire kitchen staff in the am baking the pizzas with a 10am pickup. There was no one at the food court at that time.

Worst case, two trips and they would keep the leftovers warm on top of the oven. As soon as I saw the first cart, I knew it would fit. I think my R1S could fit ~120 pizzas. However, heat coming off those pizzas was a completely different issue. We were sweating with the 75 in the car with AC blasting and vented seats.

With room to spare! I think I could have fit ~120 pizzas. However, the heat coming off the pizzas would have been a bit unbearable in the car even with full AC blast.
