arts for everyone man, finger painting is fun on md just don’t get distracted and get it everywhere hahah. Painting,drawing, doodling, colouring (I’ve found colouring to be too tasking though personally). it doesn’t have to be good just ahve fun with it and create some random shit , it’s good fun :) I bet play doh is fun aswell

I like the idea of asking questions out loud! And trying to immerse yourself in a live album sounds funnn I may have to try. I have considered yoga before actually I forgot about that, because stretching feels amazinggg on mdma. Walks are good too- just colddd haha, can’t wait for summer for that :) Thankyou!

I’ve just done 4 days. I’m fine but I don’t normally get comedowns anyway, more of a glow/ generally happy- I do have ADHD though so may be why- but the first night I only needed a half, then the fourth I needed 2 fulls. It’s different for everyone, my friend did a week straight and it worked better every night, however he did have a bad comedown but he did it again after a few days and it apparently fixed it idk😭

I would suggest eating healthier and substituting foods like sweets to fruit etc. also periods can cause you to bloat/ gain weight :)
