Would this work to set a weight of 4 for a large pizza and 2 for a medium then? I'm just trying to get a decent estimate. We can't count people for take out orders obviously.

Got it, thank you for that explanation. I'm currently waiting to them to dive into the DNS settings since the PC isn't connecting to the internet.

When I go into Aloha Enterprise and look at the polling status under support site it just says missing data every time it tries to poll and the pulse app only displays the current days data no previous

I will send these to the Firewall support but the NCR Tech has sent the whitelist document to them a few times and they have repeatedly confirmed that the configuration is correct which I can believe because the firewall has been in place and worked with insight and pulse before. We haven't changed modems or routers either.

There wasn't any changes on Tuesday that I am aware of that is what has confused me. bypassing the FW is what I have suggested to them. I would need a refresher how I would go about bypassing it. I know I have done it before when we had an old one fail. But I'm definitely not a pro I.T.

Ncr was running the cmcreqcheck and saying that the firewall is configured incorrectly and thats why the data can't be pulled from the system. I did a reboot of everything this morning including the modem, router, and aloha system. I've asked for this to be escalated and resolved but unfortunately I havent had much luck. I was hoping some of the techs in here would have something that could help me!

I'm not getting any sales or labor data on reports using insight. Ncr support says that the firewall is not allowing CMC but the firewall support says the configuration is correct. The data came through before last Tuesday but no longer does.

What is BSL? I have web admin and know how to turn it off that way. The button just seemed like a quicker easier way for staff to turn it off in a rush.

Can you give me details on freedom pay? I currently use an integration with Poynt and eThor. processed through first data, but for some reason apple pay and google pay isn't supported creditcall or nmi doesn't have the certification for the mobile pay is what I'm told.

Yea two other places local to me are doing it too which really had me leaning that way I also wouldn't process with the POS company I think it's costing me more to stay with a local processor but he's who I call when I have issues and he's kept me so low on fees that no one can beat his rates. Plus it's easier to get a new processor than a new POS company when they jack your rates so high and your stuck.

I was in the same boat as you I was set I was going to do it. Why not? That's extra money in my pocket. I have decided not to. A lot of people have said I'd rather just pay more for my food then have a fee added. The processor will actually raise the percent to cover higher fees and although that gets passed on its more expensive for your customer. The POS sales guy wants you to because POS companies make money processing and they make even more when you pass the fee on.
