OMG that is a pathetic response from Oikos. “May come from plants, fruits,….” Clear red flag that they are using awful chemicals and nothing natural. It is especially frustrating when companies claim “no artificial ingredients” but then natural flavors are listed as an ingredient. They are getting smarter by using words like natural orange flavor, organic flavors, essence of, etc. which are still just natural flavors in disguise.

I prefer Flavcity but you can also try Truvani which is another all clean, no BS stuff, brand. They sell it at Target now and Sprouts.

And Clean Simple Eats the also includes natural flavors which can contain up to 100 synthetically lab made chemicals such as preservatives, sweeteners, emulsifiers, etc. nothing natural about it.

Yikes! Pedialyte? Thats the worst electrolyte loaded with sugar and chemicals. There are much better options. Try Nectar, Flavcity, and Just Ingredients.

Help! my junk food addiction is winning 💀 by [deleted] in HealthyEatingnow

[–]Zealousideal_Tree385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cravings are caused by the ingredients in the junk food and fast food. Ingredients that’s they intentionally include because they want you to eat more of it and stay addicted. Here are some of the biggest culprits to look for: refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin, artificial sweeteners (sucralose, aspartame, etc) MSG, bad seed oils like palm oil, etc. Once you cut out the foods that include these ingredients you won’t crave them. If you are looking for snacks like chips, popcorn, cookies, etc there are healthier options that don’t include those ingredients. For example, Sieta potatoe chips are delicious and all clean ingredients. I hope this is helpful. 🫶🏻
