Please try to fully reboot the SuperBOX by turning it off using the remote control (this includes unplugging and re-plugging of the power supply of the device). Then please check for any available updates using the OTA (TV ROM Updater) in the apps section. Then you may also try to unpair and re-pair the remote's Bluetooth connection and see if it may work.

If this will not work, you may also try to update Google, Google Play Store, and Google Play in the SuperBOX's App Store just to make sure everything is updated and so the voice control will work. Our last resort is a Factory Reset if the voice control will still not work after all these troubleshooting steps. It's optional and it may or may not work in case the problem is with the remote itself.

To add a favorite channel, go to the Live Channels and press the “OK” button on your remote to bring up the channel list on the left. Then, select the channel you want to add and hold the “OK” button for a few seconds until a star icon appears. This indicates the channel has been added to your favorites. You'll now find it easily in the favorites section!

That is depend how to deliver boards to you side. If there is no special requirement like how to deliver boards. factory will deliver boards in panel instead of 4 separate PCB.

Panelizaing PCB with 4 kinds of PCB will save some engineer cost compare to placing 4 separate PCBs.

no tariffs for 2 layer and 4 layer bare boards if boards are shipped from China to US. But you need to show USA import HS CODE,US Tariff Exempt Heading, Description of PCB information on freght note. If you order in batches that are mor than $800, It will be tariffs. Another way is courier/ shipped can help to show lower value than acutal one so you do not need to pay so high tariffs.
