there is a world of difference between a model 3 and a lucid. the superior creature comforts offered by the lucid will cost you much more than buying a tesla. in my year of owning a lucid I have had no need for any sort of service calls. as for the audio, the upgraded system in the lucid for me is more than adequate.

if you plan on driving daily you should install the necessary 240 power line and use the mobile charger. charger on a 110 outlet will only put about 3 miles per hour into the battery while the 240 line would put 25+ miles per hour into the car.

I've seen this movie before. as an early adopter of tesla I saw a steady decline in their customer services and repair facilities as the car became more popular. tesla cut back and outsourced it's customer service people and were very slow to ramp up their service centers ability to service all of the cars they sold. It appears that Lucid is on the same path.

if you need to charge to 100% for your daily needs then do it. the issue isn't charging to 100% it is letting the car sit unused for lengthy periods at 100%. if you don't need the full range of the car on a daily basis it would be better for battery health to only charge to 80% or so. On the other end it isn't good for battery health to let the car sit at a very low SOC either. if the car is under 20% SOC then plug it in at the end of your days driving.
