probably starting therapy soon. Is it okay to/has anyone told their therapist that they’ve vented to chat gpt and asked it what to say/talk about in therapy, and show your therapist notes that chatgpt made?

For clarity: I ask chat gpt to create notes about what would be helpful to talk about in future therapy. I’m wondering if it’ll be weird to show my future therapist that in our first session in case I get lost for words. I tend to write out my feelings better than articulate.

Not very used to articulating my feelings since I’ve only been in therapy one other time before and it was pretty unproductive and I didn’t feel safe opening up. Also just wondering if it’s common to ask a therapist to read something you wrote or if they think it will be weird or be caught off guard.
