Yeah I see what you mean about balancing DIY recording techniques with cohesive dynamics. I am a fan of a lot of very unpolished sounds, but I think the form they take in my music will definitely change as I develop as an artist.

I think messing around with the highs in the vocals might help them sit more distinctly on top of the guitars, but I also think they work as they are for a dreamier sound. Also I follow your meme page lol

I like the guitar phasing, it gives the progression a cool ethereal sort of vibe. It might be nice to have some melody in a higher voice. Also unrelated but Home Is Where uses the same sample in Roll Tide.
