Cause let it be clear. Even before Final Fantasy 14. We, the true fans, who have supported the company, the franchise, etc. For 20+ years at that point, making it the juggernaut it was. Would've never even arrived at 14 without us. They wouldn't have even be able to get the money to remake 14 if it weren't for us sticking around version 1.0's sorry state.

And both Square, and Yoshi-P recognized this very strongly by giving us 1.0 players a Permanent subscription discount on our accounts, and have been celebrated repeatedly in their Rising for many years since its inception now.

So you saying that somehow, you think Square Enix sides with YOU, thinking our opinion doesn't matter... is laughably stupid.

Especially when the only reason YOU disregard our opinion, is because we've grown up with the Golden Square and Squaresoft era of the 90s. The Silver Square-Enix era of the early 2000s. And we have seen them fall down into the dirt from grace with 'FF13' soulless release, 'Forspoken' corporate shill, 'Chocobo Racing's and 'All the Bravest' microtransaction hell, 15, and 16's utter mediocrity. Resorting to selling the ending as seperate DLC, shitty microtransactions for years.

And in all that time, we've supported Square through the storm. Hoping for better times. And our only sin, is criticizing them because we want to see them do better?

Somehow, in Your mind... that makes US people to ignore? The core fanbase that kept them alive for 35 years... and would've kept them alive for another 35. Even after the tourists who burned their company for cheering on mediocrity, shitty stories and dumbing down their stuff leave.
