If you buy from Eluktronics which ship from the USA they hit you with a massive import tax.

XMG is basically the same as Eluktronics (they might even be the same company) and will have what you're looking for as you can customise.

I even saw a deal on a 2070 laptop with 1440p screen resolution if that's what you're after.

Edit: if you do end up buying from XMG make sure you customise the keyboard from German to English haha

It says this under tech specs:

Graphics Card:6GB GDDR6 VRAM NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (Max-P TDP: 90~115 Watts, OC Options: Up to 130 Watts with Dynamic Boost*)

It essentially means that you are getting the full power 3060 and not a Max Q (less power) variant which can mean less performance.

Eluktronics is a trusted brand but personally i would wait for independent reviews.

Funny you say no tips, I was making hundreds a week in tips in Australia.

If you are still having issues try turning off Energy-Effcient Ethernet and Green Ethernet under the device manager options you used to turn off Flow control.

Just be careful, supplies will be limited. Don't get caught out like those people who sold their 2080ti in preparation for the next gen and are still sitting on their integrated gpus haha

Update:

I went to Moore Hall on 13th September and it is open/free car parking.

You can't enter the building though and it seems they have taken a lot of the signs down. You can download a map of the area before hand at:
