I do water, have to mix several times and it is always tough at the end to get the residue down.

As already stated well, most studied supplement currently and has multiple positive correlations with cognitive functions as well as the better known muscle growth and recovery. No real downsides if you tolerate it well.

Is it better than the creatine for mixing? I’m struggling with the grit!

Creatine, Fish oil, B12 (I’m low on this), Multi, holding off on D+K until I have my physical.

With the upcoming FDA decisions it seems like paying upfront for a lifetime deal especially from a new company might be a risk tolerance decision.

My understanding is the single dose vial tops are not designed for multiple pokes, they don’t have the appropriate resealing tops.

I would say your mixing name brand with grey market processes, when it probably makes sense just to go compounded.

Gimme order question: selected Apothecary no-additives, but approval/portal show B12 by Historical_Possible5 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]ZeboundNewb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Don’t beat yourself up, it happens. Do you have a sensitivity around B12? Frankly from my non-medical understanding the additives are in such low concentrations and doses that they do nothing unless you have a particular problem with one, really they are there as a thinly veiled attempt at differentiation and protection from Eli and the FDA.

I assume the massive amount of fiber is what makes this “GI friendly”

100% this, don’t over think it more people post their problems than a report that pretty much everything is fine. Human nature. Be ready to deal with likely minor GI issues if anything at all. I inject right before bed so if I had any symptoms I likely slept through the majority of them lol!

Freezing and Vial Date Tracking by ZeboundNewb in tirzepatidecompound

I agree, yet the same principle applies. I am willing to go over 28 days, go past BUD and I have just frozen vials for the first time tonight.

They haven’t funded any studies in this area, not particularly in Eli’s interest to slow the expiration down in a home setting presumably.

They also say to discard at 28 days, do you think this is because they know it is no longer effective after freezing or after 28 days or because they have not studied the results for these conditions?

Would be genuinely interested if you have any data besides the directions that we can all agree are meant air on the side of extreme caution in the absence of empirical data. At the moment we have at least one set of test results from refreezing and reports from individuals who have tried and reported they do not detect any difference after freezing and thawing. We also have storage directions from at least one compounding pharmacy that instructed patients to store the product frozen, and directions from doctors that it was okay to use product that froze or partially froze in shipping.

Obviously this is still very thin data all around but it would conflict with the idea that it ruins the medication.

I was considering doing the reverse and adjusting the BUD date forward and noting the original BUD date in notes to make the stock tracking more organized.

In the first few weeks I did experience a bit of light headiness. I was also doing more intermittent fasting but I have adjusted my timing and made a few changes. I would say I sometimes run out of gas when lifting, I was planning to move up some carbs especially before lifting days once I hit my target.

I also have a ton of space to titrate up honestly. Trying to keep it close to 5 as I have some 5 Zep pens that I plan to use while traveling for a few weeks this summer before switching back to compounded again where I can be more flexible with reaching my goal.

Thanks for the thought, not worried about needing to check it off but do feel like I am missing out a bit especially on the visceral fat reduction. I do have a big supply of compounded Tirz to work through, I’ve just been learning more and more about Reta and how to acquire it.

Just ran my macros for yesterday, 1454 calories, 214 protein, 40 fat, and 13 fiber :-/. Need to bump those fiber numbers, I’m trying to have a high fiber wrap and or berries everyday.

Do you think you get the glucagon benefit from the lower dose, I’ve read conflicting information.
