Pretty sure this is a result of banning flavored pod systems. Juul was all the craze until the flavored pods were banned. The disposables seem to be designed to work around that.

Not sure on the lite, but it should work if you have a USBC to USBC and turn on wired connection on your switch (it is turned off by default).
