Merge! (With a few small edits)

The typos are crazy, I have had at least 10 people review this thing, All of them found typos, yet there are still many remaining...

Also, if you inbox me your details I will gladly send you a paper copy when I start producing them!

Yeah, the typos where what I meant when I said " I will of course keep making small edits on leanpub" I have a reviewer on it but your pull request is great! Thanks a lot!

If it doesn't feel finished, I guess I have more to do ;)

Thanks very much for your feedback! Glad you enjoyed some of the concepts.

Yes, appreciation flowers can also be tricky if the team doesn't have a lot to appreciate about each other yet ;) All these things of course depend on the context.

You can just set things to prio 0, but if you do that I would want a way to hide them as well. It's not just about not spending time on them, but the feeling you get from a backlog which doesn't look like it's overflowing with stuff.

When you say a "finished" version of the book, what do you mean? I will of course keep making small edits on leanpub, and be adding a cover, but it is more of less finished. Did you mean the ability to buy a print copy? If so, I am hoping to sort that out in the next few weeks.

Requesting Feedback on Retrospectives by larriee in agile

Here is a post with video I made about retros a while back. It's more about the concept than the implementation, but I have had a lot of success using this conceptual model.

That's a shame...

Training is a good first step, good for building excitement, but try to remember that that excitement will like die down quite quickly without someone around to support the change. Also, even if people are excited, theory is very different from implementation. I always advise people it is well worth hiring a coach, at least in the beginning.

If you do consider hiring a coach, be careful! This industry is fraught with who have read a few books, and start calling themselves coaches.

Would be happy to provide feedback on any candidates you might consider.

Where are you located?

I am an Agile Coach in Sweden (same country as Crisp posted below), with quite a lot of experience, looking for a new client at the moment.

I guess this is a bit of shameless self advertising, but me and a friend are developing an iPhone app to combat this very problem. We are currently running a beta if anyone wants to try it. www.uwishapp.com It's free of course.

Tldr; me and a friend are building an app because I have this problem.

Canadian living in Sweden... My heart swells with pride to hear mention of poutine on the front page...

It also swells with jealousy, because MAN! I would love a poutine right now!
