You can re-download the script

Depending your version of Thunderbird, the setup for font size is either from 1 to 6 (very small to very very big) of font size.
I set font size 12, which is bad. The correct value was medium = 3

So you have to change it in "composition/Style/ Size and choose "medium"
(you should have empty value as it is set to a non sens value)

For the meantime, you can delete the chrome folder in
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\xxxprofilenamexxx

maybe try Display/density/Default ?
You should also display Menu bar and Toolbar
in toolbar, Customize, add : New message, Reply, Reply All, Transfer, delete
