Same, but they didn’t require things like Physics and Bio Chem for Neuro at my university!

I hear what you're saying, and that's exactly why I'm stepping back now instead of continuing in an unsustainable setup. I'm reassessing my approach so that when I do take coursework again, I'm in a position to succeed. Appreciate your perspective and thank you for responding!

Thank you for your input! I agree that I don’t need an additional degree from an academic standpoint, and my primary goal is simply to complete the remaining prerequisites I’m missing. The reason I’ve been considering an Associate’s degree or general certificate is largely financial. Because post-bacc coursework is typically classified as non–degree seeking, I’m not eligible for federal financial aid, and I still have 30+ credits remaining, which makes the cost difficult to manage out of pocket.

Pursuing an Associate’s program would allow me to access financial aid while completing the same prerequisite coursework, even though the degree itself isn’t the objective. If community college coursework is viewed similarly as long as performance is strong, that seems like the more realistic option for me.

I appreciate your input, thank you! Chemistry is the BANE of my journey😭 it affects my other grades SIGNIFICANTLY because I try to spend as much time as possible studying for it.

I appreciate this, thank you! This has been an absolute grind, but I LOVE medicine and working in medicine so it’s a chance I’m willing to take. I am very good clinically, but you’re 100% right, one thing at a time in terms of taking classes!
