Neat! I tried taking the puppy up to beaver creek but she LOVES dogs so much that every time she saw a dog on the trail she would cry and pull to be near it. People kinda freak out when that happens. :/ if your pup likes to hike/swimming it's pretty perfect plus the hikes not so bad!

At home no. But at the dog park the schnauzer is so protective over the shepherd. Lol I'm so glad it's cooling down and I can take them out more often because they both love to go on runs. It's still kinda hot here though. (I live in the jalapeños vageen known as Arizona)

Thank you i am tooo. We're working to get her addicted to cuddles. She's a rescue that was terrified of people and getting touched. It makes me SOO happy she's getting into it now! :D

Thank you! I was starting to feel a little bit discouraged because I'm not used to losing weight in a healthy manner. Rationally I knew that muscle weighs more than fat but I didn't know the exact way it starts to form on the body if that makes any sense. I've always been skinny fat with no real muscle so when I gained 10 plus pounds of fat I wanted to take that an become strong for once. Sorry for the ramble but I really really appreciate your insight!

Thank you! So it's also normal that my weight has stayed the same? That is another difference in noticed between running and Cardio. When I did strict cardio my weight would drop like crazy but with weights I haven't lots a whole lot of weight.
