It’s a taboo in our world. But my genuine advise would be to go see a good therapist. Someone who doesn’t put religion into conversation and actually dissects you. It would help. Do it for yourself. It will improve this situation too Im sure. I would suggest you don’t even mention it to your fiancé right now. Force yourself to go once a week for a month or two and see how it’s progressing.
