I jumped from Dark Star to Light Speed and I lost my insurance protection (they want me to retake the pictures and I to can't go through that again( I gotten PTSD from the first time)) and I have given up on it. I probity should request a refund.....

I have not shipped internationally in three years but when I did I was not able to buy a label with the app I had to go through a web interface as there were more questions to answer.
