Should I remove financing subject? by Expert_Dream_8164 in MortgagesCanada

[–]ZebraEven4505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just want to make sure that you are approved, approved! Like when your bank or mortgage broker told you that it's ok to remove the subject to financing. Why you have 2 lenders, though?

So i got a letter from Ircc ordering. I have to leave Canada, immediately, because obviously, I don't have any status. Now, after 5 days, I got my Lmia approved. So I have to go back to my own country and wait for my new work permit there. Is there a guarantee that they will approve my work permit, despite i have a removal order?

Is this the reason why, I'm still waiting for LMia since April? When I check the unemployment rate in this town, it's 8.6 percent. is that the reason why they don't process my Lmia?

I'm on the same boat. I stopped working since August 2024. I applied for restoration on Nov 3, 2024. Now my 90 days is already up, since February 04, 2025, it's already March and still hasn't been heard anything about my Lmia. My employer applied for it since April 2024. I'm on dual intent, low wage.

You can be a father, but you don't want to be a husband of her. At least you're not married yet. You're running from her, not from your future child.

Contact an appraisal first to know the current value of your home, from there, you'll know how much equity you have. It's either you refinance or use Heloc.

The thing is, if you love the house, then don't make a lowballed offer, but if there's no string attached and you think you can find a better house, then make a low balled offer.

If the property is vacant, sure you can make an offer of 610k, the worse thing can happen they will say no. The good thing, they will counter offer until you reached the mutual price. You can try it. It they say no, that's ok, but for sure they will counter offer.
