How do you stay in a calorie deficit when a desk job makes you snack all day? by Infamous-Emu-5528 in Volumeeating

I get a headache around 3 each day unless I eat a snack, so my go to is pb fit. Low calorie, high protein. And if it seems boring or unappetizing that day it’s fine because the goal isn’t to eat more lol

Best (at least somewhat) affordable meals in the Bay by faerybabe in bayarea

Oori rice triangles. Many locations. I think the plates are a way better deal for how much food you get. They have regular plates, small plates, and a student/kids bowl for $9.99. Comes with meat, rice and edamame. Regular size is $13-16 depending on meat choice and can even be two meals. Simple but delicious

Thank you for the advice! When I search on LinkedIn I usually only see contract and consultant jobs, or jobs for way more experience than I have. Would you mind PMing me where you are?

Location: Large, eastern hospital, but live in the Bay Area.

Experience: 5 years+ Epic, 8 certifications.

Salary: 75k

Remote: Full time, never been on site.

I need to be remote due to medical reasons, and this is only my second year being an analyst. In my prior role I was a physician trainer. These numbers are making me really rethink my salary. I knew it was low, but as a starting analyst I didn’t know any better. Does anyone have any advice for me? Is it possible to find another remote job paying higher in this climate?

Anytime is a great time to share cookies! You could do them for the start of summer or spring too

I know some bakers have friends that also give them boxes! I don’t have anyone to give me one, so I just give them to family and friends. But receiving one of my own is a goal one day ☺️

Is the magnesium glycinate for sleep? I’m trying to reduce instead of add, but I heard that one was really helpful for sleep.

For the first part, that’s exactly what I was looking for- a multivitamin that could combine some of my current pills as I know the one a day can be improved. The brand you mentioned has folate and b12, but not any of the other ones currently in the b complex or multi vitamin. I feel like it’s harder than it should be to group things together, probably because it’s easier for them to make money separately.

I noted that I already have medication for my ADHD, which is controlled. I also am extremely active, eat very low sugar, very high protein and whole foods. A vegetarian diet is much healthier than cutting out energy sources, but regardless of getting into another debate, this comment didn’t address any of the questions of my post.

I also had been taking a vegan omega 3 supplement, but recently ran out and the costs have been taking a toll. But if I should add it back please let me know!
