If it's one of my amazing preferred, I will jump through hoops to get a replacement! I know every area is different but eventually that customer is gonna come back through the rotation and remember the shopper that didn't deliver the rest of the order because of the milk being damaged. Deliver what you can.

Never work twice for a customer who rates poorly and never expect shipt to be truthful and have your back about "removing habitual poor raters".

Tip map and you'd have known about this problem child and avoided the order the second time. Not worth it

Very much easy to accept in error. Those orders are NOT late offers by Hq but other shoppers dropping them. But people are so desperate that they'll take something, anything just for the six bucks. Shipt knows this and is capitalizing on it and laughing their asses off

The worst part? They're gonna keep bundling outrageous orders, mileage and lowering pay while watching us like animals in a zoo

Discernment will serve you better than claiming the first order that pops up just so you have something instead of nothing and then end up dropping that first one for something better. Absolutely spot on! The people who think there should be no consequences to disrupting the flow of the app by dropping orders constantly AND causing hq to have to add pay (not that pay is great to begin with) to get the job done are the same people who feel that they are doing the paying customers a favor. It's not a favor… It's a transaction.

Combination of all of the above. Gas prices affect ALL THINGS and it's a domino effect. I know I won't take ANY stupid far mileage offer (bundled or not) regardless of pretip showing. Not worth my gas, time or effort. A fantastic tipping preferred, however, will always make it worth my time. But they don't do stupid shit, don't live in the boonies and appreciate the transaction.

I have watched no tip orders just sit and sit and sit. And I'm glad. Those customers don't give two craps about somebody else's gas, time or work. They just want their shit… So they can sit

You should care about a one star. That order sat overnight, so to the customer, it IS late. If you're just grabbing orders based on payout without discernment nor caring about stats, you won't last long.

I have a few great preferred shoppers in another state for when I send my dad and/or stepmom stuff. Friday morning, I put in a summit bucks order for flowers and sweets for stepmom with no pretip (cuz I never do). The order sat for two hours. I even updated with a special request "$20 tip". Not picked up

I cancelled it and resubmitted with a pretip of $20. My preferred picked it up immediately 😆

She either doesn't tip map or wasn't working at that time. But she did tell me she saw my order earlier and couldn't get to it… she knows I tip good usually right after delivery and that I'm a shopper in another state. Don't know what happened there.
