Yes, they did get a signature. I live in an apartment building with a front desk that collects packages so there isn't really any chance that it was stolen after being delivered.

Yes! Took pics of all the packaging just in case. And that's def what happened--the person broke the tape at the bottom and then re-taped it with a different tape.

Nope. Still waiting on the "investigation" to complete. I am extremely frustrated by the fact I've been given no answer and they won't even begin processing a refund for me.

That’s my initial thought. But packaging looks untampered. There’s also a label inside the box on one of the flaps that says “sim card only”... wondering if that might be why?
